Role Overview
As the Chief of Staff focused on People and Culture, you will partner directly with the Founder to drive cultural transformation and operational excellence. Your mission is to create a high-performance workplace where hustle, problem-solving, and ownership thrive, while also establishing a strong foundation for attracting top talent and implementing progressive people practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Culture Building
● Establish rituals and processes to foster a target-oriented, high-energy environment.
● Cultivate a culture of hustle, problem-solving, and accountability across teams.
● Recognize and amplify behaviors that align with company values, driving team motivation and engagement.
2. Attract High-Potential Talent
● Develop and execute strategies to position EkAnek as a top choice for ambitious talent.
● Partner with hiring teams to identify and onboard high-potential candidates for key roles.
● Enhance recruitment processes to provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
3. Policy Development and Implementation
● Audit and refine existing policies to ensure alignment with company goals and best practices.
● Design and roll out innovative, employee-focused policies that drive productivity and satisfaction.
● Create feedback loops to monitor the effectiveness of policies and adapt them as needed.
4. Process Optimization
● Build scalable processes to enhance team alignment, accountability, and output ownership.
● Collaborate with teams to identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions.
● Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
5. Strategic Partnership with Leadership
● Act as a trusted advisor to the Founder, providing insights and recommendations on people and culture strategies.
● Manage cross-functional initiatives to align people processes with business priorities.
● Serve as a champion for organizational growth and transformation.
Qualifications and Requirements
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
● Experience:
○ 2-4 years of experience in people management, organizational development, or related roles.
○ Background in startups or creative industries is a plus.
