What You'll Do:

• Lead Generation & Account Acquisition: Cultivate a thriving pipeline of new accounts and leads, ensuring you not only meet but exceed regional sales targets.
• Strategic Roadmap Execution: Craft and execute strategic plans that align with our company's mission, boost revenue, enhance profitability, and fuel growth.
• P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for P&L and act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams to drive success.
• Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior management across departments to seize new business opportunities and build impactful relationships.
• Business Expansion & Innovation: Identify emerging market trends and creatively drive business expansion using our diverse range of servicesMICE, SMM, Events, Corporate Gifting, and more.
• Client Relationship Management: Ensure the seamless execution of high-quality events and exceptional service delivery while growing client relationships and expanding our portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal, to engage with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Visionary Leadership: A strategic mindset focused on long-term, sustainable growth in the MICE sector.
• Proven Success: 5-10 years of experience driving organic growth in corporate sales, particularly within the MICE or related industries.
• Excellence & Innovation: A passion for continuous improvement and a relentless commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
