Store Manager- Mahul/ Panipat

Purpose of the role :

• Ensuring Maintenance of minimum inventory as per production Plan for RM/ PM , Critical Chemicals , stores and spares for Production plan and updation in SAP
• Ensuring AIB quality storage and hygiene standards are maintained for Warehouses , No Critical point in AIB audit from Stores , Scrap Yard
• Ensuring close co-ordination with Operations team for smooth issue of materials and change in production plan proactively if some genuine concern in Stock availability
• Reconciliation of MIGO Vs Gate Entry - No Pendency more than 24 Hrs and compliance of 100% E-Gate Entry System

Purchase and Commercial Manager -

• Ensuring complete coordination with Central RM/ PM & focus on intimation of any change in formulation/ Promo to flag out excess materials and their consumption before change either through production or transfer to other location Reduce
• Monitoring & control of obsolete/ slow-moving/ non-moving & expired inventory
• Scrap sell-out and clearance with high realization
• Utilization of godown/ warehouse and assets with nil damage
• Minimum 10% Reduction in Wastege as compare to LY
• Monthly reconciliation of cages and ensuring empty cages are timely send back to Originating location as soon one truck load is ready
• 'Ensuring close co-ordination with Operations team for smooth issue of materials and change in production plan proactively if some genuine concern in Stock availability
