Job Summary:

Sylcon Hypermarket is seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee and manage daily store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, maximize profitability, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead the team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to improve the overall customer shopping experience.
• Financial Accountability:
  
• Manage store budgets and control expenses to enhance profitability.
• Analyze financial reports and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
