Retail Store Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall management of the store. The successful candidate will enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and effectively manage staff.

What You Will Do:

• Drive Customer Traffic: Participate in approved local events and/or marketing opportunities to increase store traffic.
• Sales & Profitability: Ensure the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KRAs, and profitability goals through effective short- and long-term planning, expense control, and outstanding sales and service.
• Customer & Market Analysis: Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business decisions.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure all Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards are consistently executed and maintained.
• Product Availability: Ensure merchandise deliveries are processed on the same day they arrive and that the stores entire product offering is immediately available and easily accessible to customers.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in sales, productivity, and profitability.
• Legal & Financial Integrity: Ensure the legal and financial integrity of the store is maintained.
• Brand & Product Knowledge: Ensure all team members are trained on Foundational and Seasonal Brand and product knowledge.
• Store Operations: Manage store operations systematically and efficiently, in line with established policies and procedures.
• Cash Register Transactions: Ensure cash register transactions are processed quickly and accurately.
• Loss Prevention: Lead and implement all applicable loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Safe & Productive Environment: Maintain a safe and productive shopping and working environment.
• Team Management: Manage the recruitment and training of store team members.
• Performance Culture: Create a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance, and giving prompt, constructive feedback, including actively managing poor performance.

What You Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in managing retail stores for footwear brands with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Excellent knowledge of retail business channels and retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
