Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at KISNA in Banglore . The Store Manager will be responsible for tasks related to customer satisfaction, communication, store management, retail loss prevention, and ensuring overall customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of jewellery or retail industry is a plus
• Ability to lead a team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is beneficial
