Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations & Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and store standards.
• Monitor cash handling, safety, and security.
• Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and timely KPI reporting.

• Strategic Rollouts:
• Execute store launches, refits, and conversions as per guidelines.

• Profitability:
• Drive sales through customer conversion and up-selling.
• Monitor store expenses and provide productivity improvement feedback.

• Team Management:
• Conduct daily briefings and manage outsourced staff.
• Address attrition and ensure team motivation and development.

• Customer Experience:
• Ensure CE guideline adherence and manage staff allocation.
• Handle escalated customer issues and recommend CE improvements.
