Deployment Deliveries :-

• With your strategic direction, you align the team to ensure the delivery of Best in Class Network in order toachieve key business objectives by driving network reach, scale & spread by efficient & effective Networkdeployment.
• To establish suitable processes in order to set and monitor KPIs and Metrics for the deliverables soas to ensure execution of goals and objectives for Network Deployment.
• With special focus on Prioritization ofthe delivery based on the business needs in close coordination with the business, Marketing & Planning teamsand responsible for aligning the teams (Internal/External) to ensure the delivery as per AOP (Annual OperatingPlan).
• You will be preparing the project plan in order to meet monthly and quarterly targets with clearunderstanding the bottlenecks and addressing the same with the substitute plans and ensuring the delivery isnot affected.
• With a special focus on tracking and controlling the Inventory management for CWIP (capital workin progress), CIP (capitalization in progress) and SRM (Site return material).
• New sites rollout
• Capacity Upgrades rollout
• TOCOs engagement
• RFAI coordination
• MDP deliveryPRI
