Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee cash handling, shrinkage control, and MIS reporting to maintain accurate financial records.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage rates through effective floor management and inventory control.
  
• Handle branch operations, including managing staff performance and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in retail operations or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of cash handling, cash management, Excel skills for data analysis, and ability to generate reports using MIS tools.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective floor management, team leadership, and customer interaction.
