Job Description - Store Executive

1Maintain FIFO system within stores.

2Maintain & practice of 5S

3Knowledge of Good team handing.

4Knowledge of Excel and MS Office and SAP OR ERP

5Following safety rules during the workplace.

6Basic Knowledge of QMS & AS 9100D (Internal &consumer Auidt, RM colour code chart, KPI, etc)

7Knowledge of Material handling & raw material & Bill of Materials Reports (BOM), etc

8Knowledge of Inventory audit and Preparation of Dead inventory list, etc.

9Storing knowledge as per location code and retrieval of material.

10Monitoring daily raw material movement to production & Secondary process as per plan. (RM& SFG)

11Knowledge of Raw material reconciliation Reports.

12Follow up on the supplier material ready for dispatch status check and send the vehicle to material pick-up.

13Knowledge of Vehicle planning to the supplier place.

14The supplier invoice was verified and moved to the account team.

15Every month the list of missing invoices from our 2B data(GST) has to be verified and followed with the supplier on missing invoices and moved to accounts.

Qualification Degree/PUC.

Experience Min 3 to 5-year Aerospace and Defence industry
