Job Description
- Ensure proper execution of all stores and materials management policies.
- Responsible for the overall operations of the company's factory aspects & managing / foreseeing all factory operations & reports in Local SAL /ERP module.
- Ensure quality & quantity verification is carried out, on receipt of materials/ goods with the purchase orders.
- Ensure physical security of premises
- Ensure that every material procured whether local or imports are quality certified by the respective user and thereafter-inward document is prepared.
- Ensures proper storage and preservation of all materials inside stores & in yard stores to eliminate damage, pilferage, theft etc.
- Ensure that physical verification is carried out of the entire inventory every month end and resolve for inaccuracies if any & reporting to the concerned.
- Co-Ordinate with plant, purchase, Quality Check, Users, Vendors, Transporters, Security Department for Stores Function
