We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager with extensive experience in generative AI technologies, including ChatGPT and other advanced language models.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of software engineers, drive AI driven projects, and oversee the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions leveraging generative AI.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of software engineers specializing in generative AI technologies.

- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of AI driven applications and solutions.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define AI project goals and deliverables.

- Ensure the optimization and fine tuning of generative AI models for improved performance and user experience.

Qualifications :
