Site Engineer

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team and oversee the quality of our building interior finishing works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects meet quality standards and are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The position requires a thorough understanding of building codes and standards, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
ROLES & RESPOSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities
• Support the project team in the coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Assist in the preparation of project status reports
• Attend project meetings and provide input when needed
• Ensure that all project documentation is maintained and up-to-date
• Help to identify and resolve project issues as they arise
• Assist in the implementation of safety procedures and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction from more experienced team members
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
