Responsibilities:

- Responsible for working on an Annual Digital Business Plan, with ROI on all proposed activities

- Design and implement Digital strategies towards achieving the annual business plan

- Look out for different marketing innovations under the category of cross border payments and for targeting customers and growing revenue

- Strategic Planning and overseeing of various online marketing led Initiatives such as SEO, SEM, SMM, CPD, Digital Communication (Email & SMS) Display, Programmatic, Mobile Marketing

- weave together digital marketing initiatives by working closely with internal teams, digital marketing specialists and external agencies

- Drive overall value through truly integrated brand and performance campaigns

- Identifying new product fitments by analysing trends, researching on gaps and opportunities

- Enhance existing products by identifying areas in the lines of innovations, key developments and M&A routes

- Strategic partnerships between Technology Firms, Exchange houses, Banks/Fintech for Investment or Tie-up's

- CAC - Cost of Acquisition (Medium and Source wise)

- User Experience & Communication

- App Downloads

- Website/App Ranking

- Traffic (Source wise)

- BSVs - Brand Search Volumes

- Social Mentions

- Digital Revenue (NCA, RTC, Count & Volume)

- Translate business needs into technical solutions and commercial opportunities

- Interact with presentations to all levels of internal and external stakeholders, like Executive

- Management, Bankers, Investors Large Media Houses etc

- Enhancement of knowledge among the company employees towards digitalization & innovation

- Negotiations on profitable terms and conditions with external service providers

- Represent organization under relevant conferences and industry events
