Location- Gurgaon- Haryana

Years of Experience- 13-17 years.

Role Purpose - Overall responsible for Site activities for all approvals related to Statutory Clearances and ensure the timely availability of permissions.

KRA :

1. Responsible for Regulatory permissions and clearances like Section 164, PTCC (Power and Telecommunication Coordination Committee), National Highway (NHAI) Crossings, Railway Crossings, Power Line Crossings (PLC) PGCIL, State Utilities, Civil Aviation, Defence Aviation, Inland Waterways, River Crossings, Dams etc.
2. Ensure timely preparation and submission of applications for statutory clearances.
3. Map inputs required from various interdependencies such as Design & Engineering, LiDAR Allied (LA) Survey and Projects Team.
4. Identify interdependencies of various government authorities for liaising (Coordination with State govt., central govt., District Authorities, NGOs, politicians and other pressure groups)
5. Finalize and confirm the checklist of documents to be submitted.
6. Ensure First Time Right (FTR) Avoid Rejection of permission application by providing all relevant documents & inputs for respective statutory clearances.
7. Provide insight on time required for various permission and help in integrating with project timeline.
8. Ensure ROW clearance of all ongoing projects, prepare MIS, Compensation trackers & conduct Monthly internal & external audits. Ensure implementation of ROW digitalized platform across all projects.
9. Maintain a Central Repository System” of permission documents for knowledge management (Challenges faced during seeking approvals, trend of Turn Around Time).
10. Obtaining NOC of various permissions within the time frame as per L2 schedule.
11. Preparation of reports/lessons learnt project wise for a critical permission (i.e. significantly delayed in receiving the NOC).
