The CSR Manager will lead the implementation and monitoring of Sterlite Power s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and initiatives

This role requires a proactive, innovative, and results-driven individual with a strong commitment to social and environmental responsibility. The CSR Manager will collaborate with various internal teams and community organizations to ensure alignment with the companys values and business objectives while enhancing the companys reputation as a socially responsible entity.

It is a full-time role with probation for an initial period of 6 months. S/he will be responsible for all types of training requirements.

Essential Qualification Experience

• Master s degree
• Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
• Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Excellent organizational skills, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to plan and execute strategic activities.
• Proficiency in multitasking and organizational skills

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience

• Coordinate with various project verticals of the company to conceptualise the CSR work in line with the CSR vision of Sterlite.
• Defining and developing strategies which underpin the companys CSR objectives.
• Develop ideas, policies and create detailed plans for innovative and robust CSR interventions.
• Visualize social challenges and opportunities and transform them into corporate strategies and CSR initiatives, if possible, incorporating them into the value chain.
