ERP Project Manager

Overview of Profile

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of various IT systems and projects.
• The IT Operation Manager will report to the IT Operation Manager and will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of IT solutions, and providing technical guidance and support to the business units.
• Candidate should have extensive experience in ERP implementation, software implementation. They should also have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• • Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, such as ERP implementation, system integration, and process automation, in alignment with the business objectives and requirements.
• • Manage the IT project team, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback and coaching.
• • Ensure the quality, security, and compliance of the IT systems and solutions, following the best practices and standards.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues, risks, or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• • Provide technical support and guidance to the business units and stakeholders, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the IT systems and solutions.
• • Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies and explore new opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• • Prepare and present IT project reports, documentation, and proposals to the IT Head and senior management.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and software implementation.
• • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• • Fluent in English and Hindi.
