Role & responsibilities

• A business analyst is a role focused on analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Business analysts gather and analyse data, create reports, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making within an organization.
• They work closely with various stakeholders, including management, users, and cross-functional teams, to bridge the gap. Business analysts also play a crucial role in requirements gathering for new project implementations, and process reengineering.
• Combining these roles could potentially mean that the person in this position would be performing both the administrative duties of an executive assistant and the analytical responsibilities of a business analyst.
• This could involve supporting the Director with their administrative tasks while also contributing to strategic decision-making through data analysis and business insights.
