Electrical Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop design memos and calculations for Electrical design based on the relevant standards, local codes and site conditions meeting the client/developer project specification.

2. Detailed design drawings, tender specifications, and bill of quantity

3. Detailed design of PV Plant layout, Cabling and Illumination Layout, Earthing Layout, Cable routing etc.

4. Updating Master Document list for the purpose of reporting the engineering progress.

5. Attend review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Facilitate the project engineering closure.

Knowledge : Should be well versed with PV plant electrical design codes, and standards, and sizing calculation. Use of software like ETAP, PVsyst. Knowledge of EHV power system design. Review of Power system studies.
