Job Description: Application Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for enterprise-level applications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues reported by end users or internal teams.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs or performance issues.
• Monitor and manage incoming service requests, incidents, and service tickets related to application functionality.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support or development teams as needed.
• Regularly monitor application performance, uptime, and availability.
• Provide end-user support and training on software applications.
• Develop user manuals and documentation to guide users in using the applications efficiently.
• Ensure proper communication and coordination with end-users regarding application changes, issues, or planned downtime.
• Communicate effectively with users to gather feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with external vendors for application-related issues or enhancements.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all incidents, service requests, and resolutions.
• Generate reports on application performance, issues, and resolutions for management review.
• Update knowledge base and troubleshooting guides to enhance efficiency and self-service.
