We are hiring for a 50 years old conglomerate, this job will be based in Chennai.
JD :
- Oversee the daily operations of the administrative department.
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure that office policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving office efficiency and productivity.
- Manage the office budget and ensure that expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Handle complex administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative management role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
