Software Implementer - Healthcare

Will be responsible for training internal employees on new/existing software

Candidates should have experience in similar role (internal training of employees)

Essential Functions:

• Develop training coursework including creation of functional classes
• Identify training needs that is aligned to company's vision
• Observe and report employee progress and program effectiveness
• Work with IT technical staff to upgrade training materials
• Have a good understanding of the Software testing life cycle
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

OM & Reporting:

• Reports to the Head Of IT

Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or a related qualification.
• Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Excellent content creation and writing skills.
