Taxation Manager

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Must have experience in GST Compliance and GST Refund for all the entities of the organization at India and overseas Must have experience in New GST registration, Adding Branches, Notice reply and GST Audit. 

Filling of monthly/annually GST returns. 

The candidate will Co-ordinate with consultant for group tax compliances and entity structure including DTAA - GST/ TDS query, GST appeal, RCM applicability, Books v/s 3B, VAT and WHT - Philippines 

Has experience in handling various tax assessments - Income tax, GST, Transfer pricing etc He/She will coordinate and managed tax audits, inquiries, and notices from tax authorities, filling of quarterly TDS returns.  

The candidate will provide guidance on the tax implications of business decisions and transactions. 

The candidate will be Analyzing taxes to provide advice on tax planning and optimization 

The candidate must have exp. in working in Services & Manufacturing industries     

Qualification CA with minimum 5 years post qualification experience.
