Responsibilities.
Owns, develops and implements a global HR reporting mechanism and dashboard.
Analyzes data related to human resources, compliance, Talent Management and resourcing initiatives to evaluate business strategy effectiveness that meet standardized reporting requirements.
Gathers, coordinates and creates data collection methods and process flows to ensure accurate, complete and timely submission of all required internal and external reports.
Supports US specific compliance reporting for EEO-1, VETS100, AAP and Internal Workers Compensation.
Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
Determines data collection gaps and recommends tracking efficiencies.
Works closely with business leaders and human resources function to identify reporting opportunities to support business initiative effectiveness.
Develops standard reports for our HRIS: Workday implementation and for the broader HR team.
Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing needs.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years relevant Reporting or Analytical experience.
