Responsibilities.
Work with the project team to gather the business and functional requirements, by scoping, defining, and prioritizing requirements.
Translates conceptual user/business requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to EBS/SFDC project teams.
Conducts interviews to gather requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
Participates in the QA of solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.
Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to stakeholders, impacted teams and project managers so that issues and solutions are understood.
Create business process documentation and contribute to the Craftsman knowledgebase.
Collaboratively and independently, build solutions that meet the needs of the business, using declarative functionality.
Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and relevant tools.
Required Experience.
Bachelors Degree or higher required.
5+ years of experience working in a Salesforce Business Analyst capacity.
Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
CPQ experience.
Consultative, team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit team while also working independently with direction on individual projects.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong aptitude for learning new systems and processes.
Excellent attention to detail and results oriented.
Persistent, organized and highly motivated.
Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
