Non Voice Customer Service Executive - Chat and Email Support

• Previous chat/Email support experience highly preferred.
• Should be Proficient in Hindi and English,

Desired Experience & Skills:-

• Identify customer concerns and provide timely support for their queries.
• Be proficient in our products and services and communicate effectively to the customer.
• Responding to queries from customers and giving timely support when requested.
• Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
• Collecting customer feedback and upselling our services wherever applicable.
• Ensure all communications are logged timely and correctly.
• Previous chat/Email support experience preferred.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be Proficient in Hindi and English, any other language knowledge would be an added advantage.
