Business Development Executive

We would prefer candidates who have:

• Bachelors degree in Pharma, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in Nutra business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of success. (Candidates from Supplements/Ayurvedic/ Multi-Vitamins/ FMCG-Food Industry will be preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
• Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential clients to drive revenue growth.

2. Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research and analysis for Nutraceuticals to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Develop insights and recommendations based on market data to inform strategic decisions.
• Elaborate on the regulatory aspects of the domestic as well as global markets for Nutraceutical registrations

3. Partnerships and Networking:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

4. Sales and Negotiation:

• Lead the negotiation and closure of high-value deals and contracts.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

5. Team Leadership:

• Provide guidance and support to the business development team to achieve targets.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

• Monitor and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on business development outcomes and strategic recommendations.

7. Client Engagement:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promp

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as required.
