Job Description: Practice Lead

Work location: Noida

We are looking for someone who is passionate about emerging technologies and creating Network and Firewall solutions to architect and build advanced solutions in within practice and varied customer environments. You will be required to work with SMEs, our clients and pre-sales and operations team, ensuring that we deliver innovative solutions for practices and outstanding implementation for clients.

Roles and responsibility

• Build and enhance Network, Network Security and UC solution on Cisco and Microsoft technology. Establish solution sizing, implementation, and on-going support model with detail project plan.
• Supporting the pre-sales teams in pre-sales, proposal building, core solution architecture, solution sizing efforts.
• Supporting various implementation activities working with the operations team to streamline the delivery.
• Working with partners like Cisco, Checkpoint, PaloAlto, Silverpeak to stay abreast of new technologies and solutions.
• Mentoring the L2/L3 team and our NOC to help them improve their skills, working with other technology Practice Leads to integrate collaboration into other portfolios for end-to-end solutions.
• Be the escalation point for Network team and help SDM"s deliver the services.

Skill set details

• Strong ability to cultivate relationships with customers, team members and partners.
• Excellent written (document and presentation) and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate both technical and abstract concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Specific knowledge of large-scale network Infrastructure setups which includes Next-Gen Firewalls, SDWAN, Five Nine experience.
• Has proficiency in Architecture, Design, Installation, and management of small to large scale Network infrastructure setups.
• Knowledge of Video Conferencing, Telepresence, and related solutions.
• Qualification and Experience

Experience details

• Total 11-13 years of experience
• A minimum of six years of hands-on experience architecting, designing and implementing advanced Cisco Unified Communication solutions.
• Certification in relevant technologies
