Senior Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience in-

• Bookkeeping: Managing books of accounts using tools like Tally ERP9 and Tally Prime
• Income Tax: Preparing and filing returns for companies and individuals
• Statutory Audit & Tax Audit: Conducting audits in compliance with applicable laws
• Tax Representations: Preparing submissions and appeals before Income-tax and GST authorities
• GST Compliance: Filing returns and performing reconciliations (GST experience is a must)
• TDS Management: Monthly deductions, payments, and filing of returns
• ROC Compliance: Ensuring adherence to MCA regulations
• International Remittance: Handling forms like 15CA/CB and related compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-8 years of experience in accountancy or related field
  
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
  

Required Skillset & Technical Proficiency:

Accounting Software: Tally ERP9, Tally Prime

Tax Portals: Familiarity with Income-tax, TRACES, GST, VAT, and MCA portals

MS Office: Strong command over Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables), Word, and PowerPoint

ERP Exposure: Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage

• Ability to manage clients independently and handle departmental responsibilities
