Role & responsibilities

• Operate and program robotic welding systems efficiently.
• Perform robot teaching, ensuring correct welding paths and settings.
• Implement proper product clamping methodologies to ensure safety and precision in welding operations.
• Conduct basic daily calibration of robots and routine maintenance, including greasing and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot robotic welding issues and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during robotic welding processes.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain high welding standards.
• Maintain records of welding programs, maintenance schedules, and process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in robotic welding operations.
• Proficiency in robot programming, teaching, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of product clamping methodologies to enable safe and efficient robot teaching.
• Knowledge of robot calibration, daily maintenance, and greasing procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of workplace safety regulations related to robotic welding.
