Inside Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of techno-commercial quotation
• Review of Technical Specifications & develop complete technical plus commercial proposals highlighting comments / deviations.
• Preparation for technical bid evaluation
• Application Engineering, Solution proposing
• Actuator selection of material for valves according to its physical properties.
• Handling technical queries of clients
• To work closely with customer and internal service team to resolve technical problems.
• Commercial negotiations including commercial terms
• Work on CRM, analyse CRM reports & decide action plan
• Ensure to call regularly customers to develop and maintain relations and follow up on leads.
• Order booking in ERP after receipt of Order
• Contract Review

• Ability to work within a team and build a positive, knowledgeable and customer focussed team
• Results oriented, Ability to work with little or no supervision at all
• Confident & ability to gain confidence and trust of clients, ability to build long lasting relationships with customers, good negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal skills, Good communication and order negotiation skills
• Strong techno-commercial acumen, Techno Savvy
