Experience: Architect with 8-10 years relevant experience from Commercial interiors background with proven track record of leading successful projects.

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Manage design projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations and project goals.
• Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts, including space planning, layouts, and material selections.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and presentations.
• Integrate sustainable design practices and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
• Professional Architect License or Interior Designer Certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
