Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Java Developer with 10+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Java, AWS, DevOps, Microservices, JavaScript, and Spring Boot, with a proven track record of leading complex projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about innovation, scalability, and performance in cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of robust, scalable, and secure applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions for modular and maintainable application design.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for application deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Develop responsive and dynamic front-end features using JavaScript and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
• Drive performance optimization, code reviews, and best practices for high-quality software delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and infrastructure issues in production and development environments.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where applicable.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development with expertise in:
• Java and Spring Boot for enterprise applications.
• Designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
• AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Working in DevOps environments with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
• Front-end development, particularly JavaScript (React.js or Angular is a plus).
• Proven experience in leading technical projects and mentoring team members.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture patterns, and best practices.
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
