Responsibilities:

1. Product Roadmap: Create, execute, and own the product roadmap, defining the future of our gaming application.

2. Product Strategy: Lead, communicate, and represent the product strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, product owners, and engineers, to drive feature execution and delivery.

4. End-to-End Ownership: Take complete ownership of the product line, identifying market requirements, crafting the product vision, and driving overall product roadmap implementation.

5. Product Lifecycle: Manage the product lifecycle from concept to deployment, including flow charts, features, scripting, and more.

6. Team Leadership: Lead a team of software development/QA engineers and other verticals to ensure timely delivery of the product roadmap with high quality.

7. Vision and Roadmap: Develop both short-term and long-term visions and roadmaps for the product, incorporating customer feedback, market insights, and competitive research. Establish key business metrics for success.

8. Product Decisions: Make key product decisions that impact design, usability, features, content, and revenue, in consultation with leadership. Generate innovative ideas for product evolution.

9. Market Insights: Analyze market and customer insights by regularly crunching analytics and log data.

10. Product Monitoring: Continuously monitor and measure the launched product, feeding learnings back into the product development process.

Requirements:

• Analytical Background: Strong analytical background with at least 5 years of experience in B2C product management.
• Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with technology and the ability to facilitate communication between business and tech teams.
• Track Record: Demonstrated success in bringing new products to market, exceeding business cases, capturing market share, and delivering market-leading products/services.
• Strategic Thinker: Proven track record in driving product strategy for complex organizations targeting multiple markets and audiences.
• Team Leadership: Experienced in leading product management teams through successful market analysis and product management processes.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Background: An engineering or technical background is preferred.
