- Spearhead Talent Intelligence: Architect and direct a world-class Talent Intelligence (TI) function, fueling data-driven talent acquisition strategies across PepsiCo. Define and implement the global TI vision, ensuring alignment with the TA Center of Excellence (CoE) and Global TA strategy.
- Mastermind TI Methodologies: Establish rigorous research, insight gathering, and benchmarking standards to guarantee high-quality data and analysis. Develop and maintain a strategic TI service catalog, clearly outlining offerings for TA stakeholders.
- Conduct In-Depth Research & Analysis: Lead the team in comprehensive research and analysis of talent acquisition trends, best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches. Investigate, benchmark, and analyze talent acquisition practices across industries and geographies. Direct strategic TI research on workforce demographics, talent supply and demand, emerging skills, and competitive intelligence. Champion data-driven decisions by developing and maintaining a comprehensive talent intelligence database and leading benchmarking initiatives.
- Oversee TI Projects: Manage the complete lifecycle of market intelligence projects, from scoping and requirements gathering to research, analysis, and presentation of findings. This includes managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve & Mentor: Remain informed about new technologies and methodologies in talent research and their potential impact. Mentor and train Talent Acquisition teams on best practices in talent intelligence, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Manage the TA Portfolio: Lead the development and curation of a global TA portfolio strategy aligned with PepsiCo's business goals and talent needs. Manage the integrated project roadmap for the TA organization, providing a holistic view of all programs, activities, and projects.
- Optimize Portfolio Performance: Monitor and analyze TA portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend adjustments to maximize efficiency and achieve strategic outcomes.
- Ensure Strategic Alignment: Support Global TA Strategy Leads in guiding and aligning OU-level Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) with the global strategic TA roadmap. Establish and implement a framework to measure the ROI and value of major Global TA programs, partnering with the S&T Value Realization team to ensure alignment on methodology and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Build & Lead High-Performing Teams: Provide inspirational leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the TI & Research Analysts and Global TA Portfolio Manager. Effectively manage team capacity and assign resources to projects and initiatives to maximize productivity and impact.
- Foster a Culture of Excellence: Cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment that values innovation, collaboration, high performance, and continuous learning. Ensure the team effectively communicates research outcomes and translates data and insights into actionable recommendations.

- Talent Intelligence & Research Expertise: 10+ years immersed in talent intelligence, market research, or workforce analytics, with a proven track record of conducting deep-dive research and benchmarking. A deep understanding of talent intelligence methodologies, tools, and best practices is essential. You should be able to conduct in-depth talent market research, competitive analysis, and talent acquisition trend research. Familiarity with talent intelligence platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Insights, Draup, Gartner) is a must-have.
- Advanced Project Management: You should have strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and track progress against key metrics. Experience managing a portfolio of projects, preferably within a talent acquisition or HR context, is crucial.
- Data Analytics & Visualization: Proficiency in data storytelling, using tools like SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau to translate raw data into compelling insights. You should be proficient in statistical modeling, data mining, quantitative research methods, and data visualization. The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive audiences is essential.
- Business & Financial Acumen: Ability to connect workforce trends to business priorities, making strategic recommendations that align with PepsiCos overarching goals. A strong understanding of business principles, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making is necessary.
