State Head - Used Car Loans

We are looking for seasoned professionals to lead state-level operations, overseeing both business growth and collections in Used car Loan Segment .

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and collection targets in the assigned state.
Build and manage a high-performing sales and collections team.
Establish and nurture relationships with dealerships, DSA networks, and other channel partners.
Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Oversee collections to ensure timely recovery and maintain portfolio health.
Ensure strict compliance with credit policies, organizational guidelines, and regulatory norms.
Provide regular updates, performance reports, and actionable insights to senior management.

Experience: 10 - 15 years in Used Car Loans with a focus on both business development and
collections, preferably with a bank or NBFC.
Skills: Strong leadership, team management, data analysis, and relationship-building skills.
Comprehensive understanding of regional markets, customer behavior, and collections
dynamics.
Proven track record of achieving business and collection targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
