Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive measurable results, including customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms, data analysis, and optimizing campaigns to achieve the best ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:

    • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media ads, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, content, analytics) to ensure campaign success and alignment with brand goals.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI, adjusting strategies as needed based on real-time data.
  • Optimization & Analysis:

    • Continuously optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring that key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS) are consistently achieved.
    • Use A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies and improve conversion rates.
    • Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to track campaign performance, provide detailed reporting, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management:

    • Manage campaign budgets, allocate spend across various channels, and monitor performance to ensure effective use of marketing dollars.
    • Track cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and other performance metrics to ensure campaigns are running within budget and meeting performance goals.
  • SEO & SEM:

    • Oversee the implementation and optimization of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads), ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with the SEO team to improve organic search rankings and enhance the overall search engine presence of the brand.
  • Social Media Advertising:

    • Develop and execute paid social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, focusing on driving qualified traffic and conversions.
    • Optimize targeting strategies to ensure the right audience is being reached and engaged effectively.
  • Reporting & Insights:

    • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
    • Analyze customer behavior, campaign data, and market trends to refine marketing strategies and maximize the impact of digital campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:

    • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create compelling ads, landing pages, and content tailored to the target audience.
    • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a focus on driving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display ads, and email marketing.
  • Experience with campaign management platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Strong knowledge of key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and experience optimizing campaigns to meet goals.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with affiliate marketing and partnership management.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they integrate with paid advertising strategies.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion funnels.
  • Experience in e-commerce or B2C marketing is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar digital marketing credentials.
