Job Description
- Create engaging video content and graphics for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and other promotional materials.
- Research and stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies in video production and graphic design to continuously enhance the quality of work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align video and graphics content with overall marketing objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
- Edit and animate video content to create engaging digital assets.
- Develop visual storytelling techniques that captivate target audiences and effectively communicate brand messages.
- 1-3 years of experience with creating graphic design (video graphics).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong graphic design skills using software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe express, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Must have experience with creating video graphics.
- You must have excellent customer service skills, be an exceptional communicator, and have outstanding phone manners.
- Develop deep knowledge of StartupEd s value proposition and connect to client s needs.
- Ability and desire to discover pain points and help clients resolve them.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
