Assistant Manager Lean Manufacturing.

Job Summary: The Lean Manufacturing Execu􀆟ve will lead the development and implementa􀆟on of

lean manufacturing strategies, focusing on waste reduc􀆟on, process op􀆟miza􀆟on, and overall

efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of lean principles and the ability to foster a culture

of con􀆟nuous improvement throughout the organiza􀆟on.

Key Responsibili􀆟es:

• Lean Implementa􀆟on: Assist in the development and execu􀆟on of Lean manufacturing

strategies, ensuring alignment with organiza􀆟onal goals.

• Process Op􀆟miza􀆟on: Analyse exis􀆟ng processes, iden􀆟fy inefficiencies, and lead ini􀆟a􀆟ves

to streamline opera􀆟ons and reduce waste.

• Project Management: Oversee Lean projects from incep􀆟on to comple􀆟on, ensuring 􀆟mely

delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Data Analysis: Daily Basis Record U􀆟liza􀆟on & efficiency of all the machineries, u􀆟lize data

driven approaches to measure performance and iden􀆟fy opportuni􀆟es for improvement,

presen􀆟ng findings to stakeholders.

• Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate training programs for employees on

Lean methodologies, tools, and techniques & Establish Training centre in factory to train the

New joiners for all the Process & machine handling.

• Collabora􀆟on: Work with cross-func􀆟onal teams to implement best prac􀆟ces and ensure

smooth integra􀆟on of Lean ini􀆟a􀆟ves across departments.

• Technology Enhancement: Develop Programmes on Robot welding machines & monitor the

efficiency.

• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the

effec􀆟veness of Lean ini􀆟a􀆟ves and drive accountability.

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in lean manufacturing or opera􀆟onal excellence roles, preferably in a

manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of lean principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).

• Proven track record of successfully implemen􀆟ng lean ini􀆟a􀆟ves and driving process

improvements.

• Excellent communica􀆟on, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making.Role & responsibilities
