Position : Technical Lead / Team Lead (6+ yrs.)

You will be leading a team of enigneers to develop new features, products etc for patient safety.
Skills Required :
- .Net Core, C#, Typescript, SQL, XML, JSON, .NET Framework 4.0, ASP.NET, AJAX, jQuery, JavaScript , ADO.NET, Prototype, WCF, IIS 7.5, NUnit, LINQ, Web services, UI Development, Angular.
Key Accountabilities & Deliverables :
We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated .net Lead or Technical Lead, who thrives in a team environment, should have experience on handling team, has a desire to learn new technologies and who wants to be part of a progressive team and has to be self-motivated person.
- 7+ years of experience designing and developing complex .NET systems specifically web-based applications.
- Strong C#.NET, ASP.NET experience.
- Strong OOA/D skills, web services. Experience developing applications with HTML/JavaScript/AJAX.
- Experience with XML, Web Services.
- Experience with IIS, SQL Server (SQL, Stored Procedures)
- Extensive experience with Design Patterns
- Sound knowledge of design patterns, enterprise architecture, experience with Microsoft Azure cloud, AWS etc are preferred. .
- Responsible for coding, unit tests, code peer-reviews and technically guiding teams of bright developers
- Candidate should have hands on experience in developing web API, asp.net web application
- Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad guidance with independent planning & execution responsibilities
- Perform software development tasks within appropriate schedule, task and quality guidelines set in conjunction with the Project Lead / Project Manager of the project.
- Provide technical ownership for subcomponents (code, functional validity, and quality).
- Specify, create, modify, maintain, and test software component(s) that are part of a larger software project.
- Ensure adherence of design and code to standards.
- Regularly perform self-review of code and quality and able to guide the team accordingly.
- Effectively document technical issues, changes to code, etc.
- Prepare unit test cases and execute them to verify quality
- Fix any defects found by self, lead, or QC team
- Report code completion and code quality - Implementation report
- Effective oral and written communication
- Strong problem solving, analytical and design skills.
- Possesses the ability to be accurate, consistent and detail oriented. Key responsibilities
- Identify the right technology solution for the problem.
- Recommend the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.
- Provide the design and structure to the application.
- Establishes design/coding guidelines and best practices and enforce compliance.
- Assist the project manager in estimating project costs and efforts and provide guidance in implementation planning.
- Assist management in assessing technical competence of developers.
- Guide the team in doing POCs and perform early risk assessments
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Architects, Product Analysts and Engineering teams
- Technically "mentor" the developers
