Chief Financial Officer

Position Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, analysis, reporting, treasury, tax, and risk management. The CFO will play a key role in formulating the company's strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. This role requires a highly strategic, results-driven leader with extensive experience in managing financial operations for a listed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Lead and manage the companys financial functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and overall business goals.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports to the Board, investors, and regulatory bodies in compliance with statutory and legal requirements (including SEBI, Companies Act, and Indian Accounting Standards).
• Strategic Planning & Analysis: Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Communicate the company's financial performance and strategy effectively to enhance market perception.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and opportunities, ensuring effective risk mitigation strategies are in place.
• Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow management, funding strategies, capital structure, and working capital optimization.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements, including corporate governance, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Technology Integration: Oversee the integration and use of financial technologies to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Experience: At least 10-15 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a senior financial leadership role

• Knowledge & Skills:
• In-depth understanding of Indian financial regulations, corporate governance, and compliance standards.
• Expertise in financial analysis, risk management, tax, and treasury management.
• Strong strategic, operational, and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record in leading teams, driving change, and managing complex financial transactions
• Familiarity with the use of ERP and financial management systems.
