About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Integrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in integrating and managing Retail ERP applications, Salesforce or other similar e-commerce platform, and Microsoft SQL, along with expertise in API programming. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across various systems to support business operations and drive efficiency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions for Retail ERP applications, Salesforce or other similar e-commerce platform, and Microsoft SQL databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendor partners to analyze integration requirements and create customized solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop, test, and maintain APIs to enable seamless communication between applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot API-related issues, ensuring secure and optimized performance.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft SQL databases, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support data integration and reporting needs.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external applications to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Maintain Salesforce configuration, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business processes.
• Provide technical expertise in integrating Retail ERP systems with other enterprise applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure alignment of integration solutions with organizational goals.
• Document integration workflows, technical specifications, and troubleshooting guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in:
• Retail ERP application integration and support.
• Salesforce administration and integration.
• Microsoft SQL database management and development.
• API programming and development (REST, SOAP).
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, data flow, and integration best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Azure Logic Apps).
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Certifications in Salesforce or other similar e-commerce platform, Microsoft SQL, or related technologies.
