Facility Manager/Operations Manager

We are looking for a Facility Manager/Operation Manager for one of our prestigious key Clients in India to manage Facilities Management operations at Bangalore Bagmanne Tech Park Locations. The FM will be responsible for Managing more than 3 Lakh sq. ft of area and a team of 155. Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, preparing reports, and managing teams.

Since this is a KPI-driven agreement, the candidate should be familiar with KPIs and report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Single point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

• Enhance customer service quality and satisfaction.
• Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Oversee staffing plans, recruitment, and training.
• Report on operational efficiency and quality standards.
• Foster innovation and productivity through effective communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain service operations to ensure sustainability.
• Develop conflict-resolution programs and lead conflict-management practices.
