Star Union Dai-ichi - .Net Developer - ASP/WebAPI (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business functions to understand and analyze requirements, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.

- Design and develop robust and scalable .NET applications, leveraging your expertise in Web API, Web Services, and .NET Core.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.

- Work closely with vendor partners to ensure timely delivery, quality, and adherence to project timelines.

- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and other quality assurance activities to maintain high standards.

- Provide timely support and troubleshooting for production issues, collaborating with the Helpdesk and IT Services teams.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong proficiency in .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and Web Services

- Solid understanding of SQL Server and database design principles

- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team -

- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in .NET development

- Experience in the insurance industry, particularly life insurance

- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
