UI/UX Head

Key Responsibilities

Design Strategy & Leadership:

Lead and manage the UI/UX team in the design of the incentive modeling and gamification system, ensuring consistency across all user interfaces.

Define and communicate the design vision for both web and mobile applications. ○

Oversee the development of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business objectives.

Improving Key Metrics:

Focus on optimizing the website visit-to-lead conversion by improving the user experience on landing pages, sign-up forms, and call-to-action elements.

Enhance the lead-to-sales journey by designing user flows that simplify the process and improve conversion rates.

Work on improving the purchase journey, ensuring that users are guided seamlessly from product selection to final purchase.

Improve the customer journey, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience across all touchpoints to increase user satisfaction and retention.

User Research & Testing:

Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to identify pain points in the current system and gain insights into user behavior.

Use insights from analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions and iteratively improve the product.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with product managers, backend developers, frontend developers, and business teams to ensure design is aligned with product goals and user needs.

Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure designs align with campaign goals and optimize conversion rates.

Mentorship & Team Development:

Mentor junior designers and support the development of their skills and knowledge.

Establish design processes and ensure best practices for the team, including design system maintenance and version control.
