Job Description
- A ME/B. Tech./Graduate in computer application
- Proficient in aircraft engineering systems.
- Proficient in Engrav software is an additional advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years experience in the Aircraft Engineering in Airlines / MRO industry, prefer minimum 2 years experience in maintenance ERP system
JOB PURPOSE:
- To support in the implementation and management of the ENGRAV project from end to end and to provide technical support on the ERP application for Engineering Maintenance end users, post implementation and to resolve any issues that might arise in collaboration with engineering and CAMO team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring and updating Engineering ERP Software
- Ensure the ERP parameters setup, workflows configuration and interfaces configuration in consultation with stakeholders
- Coordination with all stakeholders for gap analysis and closure within timeframe
- Serves as focal point of contact for all end users, post Go Live for any queries, errors and / or clarifications required
- Responds to all queries and resolves any issues raised and filters those which require escalation to Engrav support
