Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. This is a remote position with night shift timings, requiring a professional with strong technical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.

- Design and implement scalable and reliable ETL pipelines for data integration and transformation.

- Build and manage messaging systems using Kafka for real-time data processing.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide solutions to ensure high system uptime.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to implement modern development approaches.

Key Skills and Requirements :

- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development (mandatory).

- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and building RESTful APIs.

- In-depth knowledge of Kafka, including stream processing and real-time event handling.

- Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

- Solid understanding of database technologies, both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug and optimize code.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
