Hiring GM finance & Accounts - CA ( Furniture industry)

We're seeking an Well experienced Chartered Accountant with 10 years manufacturing experience to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of financial statements, reports and forecasts

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, auditing standards, tax laws and other regulatory requirements

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and internal controls

- Provide financial analysis and reports to management

- Manage and supervise finance team members

- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal auditors, external auditors, bankers and advisors

-Good Experience in Manufacturing Sector , Handling the plant senior heads , promoters and plant audit team.

Requirements

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified or CMA qualified

- 10 years of experience in accounting, finance or a related field

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, auditing standards, tax laws and regulatory requirements

- Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
