Senior Designer Engineer

As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products, working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure timely and accurate designs, drawings, and project completions.

Stamp'IT Robotai & Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of CNC Marking Machines and specialized in the design and production of Special Purpose Machines, is actively expanding its team. We are seeking a Senior Designer to contribute to our innovative projects and support our growth globally across 45+ countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of machine systems, with a strong emphasis on machine design involving sheet metal fabrication, mechanisms, and material processing.
• Design pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, and sensors, and ensure efficient integration of all components.
• Supervise a team of junior designers, ensuring error-free designs, drawings, and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly the manufacturing team, to ensure seamless implementation of design specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Ensure designs are in line with industry standards, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's goals.
• Conduct regular reviews of designs and ensure that all specifications are met during the manufacturing process.
• Manage the execution of design projects, ensuring proper documentation and accurate bill of materials (BoM).

Qualification:

• BE in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electronics/ Electrical.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in machine design with significant exposure to sheet metal fabrication, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and material processing.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks/SolidEdge is essential.
• Strong knowledge of mechanisms and theoretical principles, as well as hands-on experience with sensors and implementation.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team of designers to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate closely with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth execution.
