Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Computer Sales and Servicing Analyst to join our team in Seychelles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of computer hardware and software products, providing technical support and servicing to clients, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Knowledge of phone servicing and basic electrical skills will be considered advantageous.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales and Customer Service:
  • Promote and sell computer hardware, software, peripherals, and related services to customers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Technical Support and Servicing:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with computers, printers, phones, and other devices.
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on customer equipment.
  • Provide training and support to customers on product usage.

Additional Skills:

  • Handle basic phone repairs and servicing as needed.
  • Apply basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and installations.

• Inventory and Reporting:

  • Manage stock levels and ensure timely restocking of popular products.
  • Maintain records of sales, repairs, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare sales and servicing reports for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in computer and/or phone sales, technical support, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Basic understanding of phone servicing and electrical troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary
  • Work Permit: Paid by the company
  • Food Allowance: SCR 1,500 per month (approx. INR 8500)
  • Accommodation: Provided by the company
  • Transport to Work: Provided by the company
  • Working Hours: Weekdays 8am - 5pm, Saturday 8am - 1pm
  • Initial Travel: Candidate to bear the cost of the ticket to Seychelles
  • Return Travel: Company will provide a return ticket only upon successful completion of two years.

Leave Policy:

  • After two years of service:
  • 42 days of leave
  • Leave salary included

Important Terms:

  • If the candidate decides to leave or faces disciplinary action requiring termination before completing two years, the cost of the return ticket will be borne by the candidate.
